Welcome to the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of the American Marketing Association

For over 50 years, the DFW AMA Chapter has served the needs of marketers and business leaders across North Texas. The DFW AMA partners with leading universities like TCU, SMU, UNT, UT-Arlington and the University of Dallas to help advance the study of marketing, market research and marketing education. As an award-winning chapter, the DFW AMA has over 700 members who share a passion for marketing. But you need not be a marketer to join the AMA or participate in any of the chapter's programs. The DFW AMA is ready to be a resource to you, your company or your organization.

What is the greatest reward you
have received from volunteering?
First of all it is learning about the AMA as an organization and it’s diverse programs.  AMA is truly an epicenter of marketing initiatives in the DFW area.

How has it helped you to grow professionally and personally?
Through volunteering I have discovered new opportunities to learn and to learn from the best in the industry.  Another great benefit is getting to know dynamic, passionate and friendly AMA members.  What a great group to work with!

How has it helped your business and client network?
AMA board members have shown a lot of appreciation for the volunteer work my company has done.  They are great at giving back and recognizing your contributions in front of AMA members.  It is a very nice way to give any business more exposure – opportunity that no one would turn down.
